Your browser may send “Do Not Track” signals; our Services do not currently respond to these signals.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be notified as required by law. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Policy.
15. Limitation of Liability; No Warranties

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
Where a total limitation is not enforceable, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) zero dollars (US $0.00) and (b) the amount you paid to us for the Services, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Policy limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
16. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 9455-8749 Quebec Inc. and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of this Policy or applicable law.

Notice at Collection: We collect the categories described in Section 2 for the purposes in Section 3 and share them as in Section 5.
